The maintenance of swimming pool lighting fixtures need to be considered, so they are usually installed on the catwalk and require waterproof performance. The fixtures are installed on both sides of the swimming pool, but not at the ends. By controlling the angle of light projection, glare from water surface reflections can be controlled. In general, the angle of light projection in sports arenas should not exceed 60°, while for swimming pools it is recommended to be no greater than 55° or even better if it does not exceed 50°. The larger the incident angle of light, the more reflection occurs on the water surface.
